Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking house that awaits you. Nestled within the tranquil Umkobi Complex in Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday home provides an unforgettable coastal experience.
Equipped with a JoJo tank for backup water supply, an inverter, a robust battery system, you can enjoy uninterrupted functionality of essential household appliances. Please note that high-load appliances, including the geyser and oven/stove, may not be operational during load-shedding, ensuring your peace of mind even in challenging times.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a first-floor haven boasting a spacious living area, a dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen, all adorned with panoramic views of the lagoon and sea. Two of the three bedrooms on this level are en-suite, each with its own distinctive charm. The inviting balcony on this floor allows you to soak in the picturesque surroundings. On the second floor, the remaining en-suite bedroom enjoys an unobstructed ocean view from its private balcony. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom boasts another queen-size bed. Both of these bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers, basins, and toilets. Please note that there are stairs within the unit leading to the second level.

Southbroom is the gem of the Southcoast, upmarket, safe, clean, and manicured, absolute paradise.
Margate airport is 10 minutes away, making travel to and from Southbroom a breeze. It truly feels like you are on an island, and the weather, even when it's a bit cloudy, is usually warm and very enjoyable.
