A luxurious apartment in the quaint village of Southbroom with stunning ocean views! As they say, "location is everything," and the apartment truly delivers. Situated within walking distance of the village square in the ever popular Eagle street, you'll find all the essential amenities just 100 meters away, including a spa, hair salon, coffee shop, local Spar, and the golf clubhouse, to name just a few.

Prepare to be captivated by the fantastic sea views from the balcony, where you can relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings. To ensure your comfort during loadshedding, the apartment is equipped with an inverter that powers essential appliances, and there's a jojo tank for secure backup water, while a splash pool will ensure you can cool of from the comfort of you’re your home.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and two bathrooms with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. The master bedroom is en-suite. Air conditioning is installed in each bedroom and the living area, ensuring a pleasant temperature no matter the weather outside.


UNIT LAYOUT

The main living area boasts a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a welcoming entertainment area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a comprehensive selection of cutlery and crockery. We've also provided a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience.

Unwind in the inviting living area, complete with a comfortable lounge suite and a TV with DStv for entertainment. Step outside onto the patio, where you'll find a cozy seating area with a table and chairs. From here, you can bask in the tranquil atmosphere while enjoying views of the ocean and the splash pool. Wifi is included in the apartment, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. And of course, we haven't forgotten our favourite pastime and included a small braai.

HOUSEKEEPING

No housekeeping. Can be arranged at an extra cost with prior arrival.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.


PARKING

The property features a convenient garage ensuring ease and security for vehicle parking.


GENERAL

For larger families, we also offer the option to rent the adjacent 3-bedroom unit (The Eagle), providing ample space for everyone. Whether you're traveling with a small group or a big family, our exquisite first-floor self-catering home is perfect for your getaway.

We do allow small pets with prior arrangements and confirmation only. Please note that the unit is accessed via stairs, and for the safety of our younger guests, the balcony is fenced. We kindly request parents to keep a watchful eye on the swimming pool and stairs, as they may pique the curiosity of little ones.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast.

REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.


AREA

Southbroom is truly one of the best hidden gems in South Africa. Surrounded by lush vegetation, beautiful sea views, a world-class golf course, and beautiful nature. This truly is paradise. There are lots of interesting things to do in and around Southbroom. The beaches are clean, untouched, and usually much quieter than other beaches in the area.
Southbroom is the gem of the Southcoast, upmarket, safe, clean, and manicured, absolute paradise.
Margate airport is 10 minutes away, making travel to and from Southbroom a breeze. It truly feels like you are on an island, and the weather, even when it's a bit cloudy, is usually warm and very enjoyable.
