Situated just a short distance from the beach, this first-floor spacious property offers a prime location with endless opportunities for fun in the sun. As they say, location is everything, and we have you covered!
Centrally located in the charming village of Southbroom, the apartment is conveniently situated within a mere 100 meters of essential amenities such as a spa, hair salon, coffee shop, local Spar and the golf clubhouse to mention a few. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views, creating a tranquil ambiance that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
We understand the importance of providing a comfortable stay even during unexpected power outages. That's why the apartment is equipped with an inverter system to ensure your comfort during load-shedding. The inverter powers essential appliances, allowing you to continue using them seamlessly without any severe disruptions. Additionally, a secure backup water supply has also been installed. The apartment has a jojo tank, providing access to water even during water shortages or interruptions.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The main bedroom boasts a full ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. Bathroom 2 is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, while bathroom 3 features an ensuite equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. To ensure your utmost comfort throughout your stay, each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather outside.
With ample space to accommodate up to 6 guests, our self-catering home is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient base for families seeking to create lasting memories together. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, ensuring everyone a restful night's sleep.
UNIT LAYOUT
Our open-plan kitchen is a dream for any cooking enthusiast, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. You can choose to enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or the dining table, both of which provide comfortable seating options. We've also provided a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience, ensuring that laundry is taken care of with ease.
The living area is the perfect place to unwind and relax, featuring a comfortable seating area and an entertainment space for the kids. Enjoy a wide range of DStv channels and stay connected to the world with uninterrupted WIFI access.
The balcony offers stunning sea views and creates a serene setting for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. And for those hot summer days, our splash pool will provide a refreshing escape. We also provide a Weber braai for your convenience, perfect for hosting barbecues and entertaining guests.

HOUSEKEEPING
No housekeeping. Can be arranged at an extra cost with prior arrival.
Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
PARKING
Your vehicle will also be safely tucked away in the garage during your stay as you will most likely be loving the outdoors and embracing the village by foot.
GENERAL
For larger families, we also offer a neighboring 2-bedroom unit, "The Eaglet," available for rent. Small pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and confirmation of the owners.
We do allow small pets with prior arrangements and confirmation only. Please note that the unit is accessed via stairs, and for the safety of our younger guests, the balcony is fenced. We kindly request parents to keep a watchful eye on the swimming pool and stairs, as they may pique the curiosity of little ones.

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.

Southbroom is truly one of the best hidden gems in South Africa. Surrounded by lush vegetation, beautiful sea views, a world-class golf course, and beautiful nature. This truly is paradise. There are lots of interesting things to do in and around Southbroom. The beaches are clean, untouched, and usually much quieter than other beaches in the area.
Southbroom is the gem of the Southcoast, upmarket, safe, clean, and manicured, absolute paradise.
Margate airport is 10 minutes away, making travel to and from Southbroom a breeze. It truly feels like you are on an island, and the weather, even when it's a bit cloudy, is usually warm and very enjoyable.
