34@PAQUITA is situated in Knysna, in the area known as Knysna Heads. This holiday home is 9 km from Knysna Forest and 5 km from Knysna National Lake.
The residence is equipped with a reliable backup power system featuring an inverter with a 10Kw battery backup and 14 solar panels, which includes an automated switchover mechanism, ensuring that the impact of load shedding is minimized to basically non-existent. Furthermore, the house is furnished with gas geysers, as well as a gas stove and oven, providing an alternative energy source for heating and cooking purposes.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The ground floor entrance features as a casual lounge area and also has a bedroom with a king-size bed and guest toilet near the entrance. The 1st floor offers a lounge area, dining room, braai room, fully equipped kitchen and scullery. Floor 2 consists of two bedrooms, with king-size beds each, sharing a bathroom with a shower. The 3rd floor offers the main bedroom with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. The 5th bedroom is on this floor also has an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed. All bathrooms have heated towel rails.
UNIT LAYOUT
The home consists of 3 storeys and air-conditioned throughout with 5 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV is featured in each bedroom.
The open plan includes the kitchen and living area. The kitchen has an oven and hob, toaster, kettle and the necessary cutlery. With an extra scullery, all your needs will be required with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area has DSTV, a dining table, and chairs. A lovely view makes it the perfect spot to sit back and relax.

Capped for 10 persons.
HOUSEKEEPING
Does a standard service every 3 days except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. LINEN changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done every third day of your stay.
PARKING
Parking for vehicles is on the premises, while two vehicles will fit into the garage.

REMEMBER
Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.
