This home comes equipped with a 12kW three-phase Sunsynk inverter system paired with a 15kWh lithium battery. All plugs and lights operate through the inverter, excluding the lift, geyser, pool, or air conditioners. Additionally, a heat pump has been installed for the pool.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The home boasts 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms, and 1 Bunk-bed bedroom on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds whilst the other bedroom has twin beds.


UNIT LAYOUT

The first floor has a spacious lounge, games area with full size pool table that converts into a table tennis table. A compact gym room with a Weight Machine, Treadmill, Rowing Machine, and Sit-Up Bench. And a full kitchen with laundry and scullery. The lounge opens up onto a magnificent pool deck and built in braai.

The second floor has a full kitchen and scullery area, dining area, lounge with inside braai, dedicated TV room with surround sound and a full sized bar area.

Ground floor is the double garage and nanny`s room. A lift connects all floors however there is a staircase for those looking to add to their daily steps. Please be aware that the elevator is currently operational; however, we kindly advise our guests to avoid using it since it lacks a backup power source.

The large garden has an artificial surface putting and chipping green for the golf enthusiast and a lovely fountain that attracts the local birdlife. A wonderful home to enjoy your vacation in luxury.

AREA

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
