BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The main bedroom upstairs, boasting a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet, and basin. Bedroom two offers a comfortable double bed, while bedroom three is perfect for larger groups with its two bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, and basin.
UNIT LAYOUT
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, inviting you to indulge in effortless relaxation and rejuvenation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a comprehensive selection of cutlery and crockery. For your convenience, a dishwasher, washer, and dryer are thoughtfully provided within the kitchen area, allowing you to focus on creating lasting memories.
The dining area offers ample seating for eight guests, perfect for enjoying meals together or engaging in lively conversations. Unwind in the inviting living area, complete with a comfortable lounge suite and a smart TV with uncapped Wi-Fi, ensuring entertainment options for everyone.
To ensure your utmost comfort throughout your stay, each bedroom as well as the living area is fitted with air conditioning, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather outside. Step outside onto the patio, where you'll find a cozy seating area with a table and chairs, ideal for savoring al fresco meals or simply basking in the tranquil atmosphere. Adjacent to the patio, a braai area beckons, inviting you to indulge in the art of traditional South African barbecuing.

HOUSEKEEPING
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.
PARKING
Reserved for one vehicle under the carport. Additional vehicles need to park at the guest parking bays at each lot. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.
GENERAL
Uncapped WIFI is provided and the codes are in the flip file located within the unit. Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.
Please note that there are stairs leading to the main bedroom, while a few steps connect the living area and kitchen. For the safety of our younger guests, the patio is fenced with balustrades. However, we kindly request parents to keep a watchful eye on the pond, as it may attract the curiosity of little ones, despite its shallow depth.
TAKE NOTE
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.

REMEMBER
This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
