VILLA 3011 is a a four-bedroom, three-bathroom double storey villa, located in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal.
The property features a dedicated JoJo tank, providing a reliable source of backup water supply.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a lovely queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, basin and toilet. Both the third and four bedrooms are designed with two single beds each. The third bathroom offers a shower, basin and toilet. It's important to be aware that there are interior stairs within the unit leading to the next level.
UNIT LAYOUT
On the first floor, you'll find the first en-suite bedroom, an open plan living area and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large inviting patio. Moving to the second floor, the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are conveniently situated.
The kitchen comes fully equipped. Your convenience is well taken care of, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer conveniently placed within the unit. The dining area comfortably accommodates seating for 8 individuals, while the lounge offers a cozy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels and WiFi access. Adorned with a dining table and a built-in braai, the covered patio presents stunning views of the estate.
Additionally, the unit is equipped with air conditioning in each room and the lounge area for those hot summer days. Heaters are also provided to guests that would like to visit during the cold winter months. Kindly take note that the unit is equipped with a JoJo tank that provides backup water supply to the property.
CAPACITY
Capped at eight persons.
HOUSEKEEPING
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.
PARKING
One covered parking space is provided, while additional vehicles must park at the hotel parking bays or at nearby open parking bays allocated in the estate.
GENERAL
Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.
TAKE NOTE
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
LOADSHEDDING
The unit is not equipped with a backup power source.
REMEMBER
This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.

The estate has various activities, including Access to two blue flag beaches, Lagoon, Beach and Sea Viewing Decks, Complimentary 9-hole Pitch & Putt course – Mashie, Table tennis at Leisure Desk and Clubhouse, MBT trail, Jogging, Bicycles For Hire, Fishing Dam - Catch and Release, Tennis and Squash Courts, Children Play Areas, Bowling Green, Paddle Boats and Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Climbing Walls for Children, 2 Swimming pools – Slides and Children’s Water Feature, Bird Viewing Dam and a Communal Braai area at the Beach Gate
