VILLA 10431 is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom unit with the entrance on the ground floor, comprising of three storeys and located across the Golf course from the Estate entrance.

Unlimited WIFI. A 5 KW Inverter. (excluding operation of stoves, air conditioners and geysers - but all lights and wall plugs, fridges & water pump). Backup water tank (3-5 days standby) with a pressure pump. 2-Plate Gas Cooker. Take note the villa is not equipped with DStv and guests should bring along their own login details for the Smart TV as the app is pre-loaded. This home also comes equipped with Free Uncapped Fibre.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Bedroom 1 has a couple of stairs leading the way and consists of a Queen size bed, aircon, a safe, and en-suite Bathroom with a bath/shower. A couple of steps down leads to Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 on the same floor level. Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed, while Bedroom 3 and 4 has two single beds each. The last Bedroom, Bedroom 5 is adjacent to the property and is an flatlet with its own King size bed, kitchenette with fridge and hot water kettle. And a bath/shower.


UNIT LAYOUT

The kitchen has tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, while dining facilities are available as well as an aircon cooling off the kitchen and living area. A smart TV is included, guest should bring their own login details. The living area leads to the covered patio which has braai facilities and a dining table which overlooks the Golf course.

The villa have inverters and two additional backup water tanks. Lights will be functional and only certain plugs will operate with high load-bearing items like geysers etc not activated by the inverters. The villa also has a backup 2 plate gas stove if needed.

Capped at ten persons.


HOUSEKEEPING

Does a standard service on Monday-Saturday. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.

Please take note that the assigned housekeeper shall undertake the washing and drying of personal laundry items for guests on a daily basis, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. It is our preference that the designated housekeeper exclusively utilizes the laundry machines, and it is explicitly agreed upon that she shall ensure the laundry room remains securely locked at all times when she is not at the property. Upon conclusion of her responsibilities each Saturday, the housekeeper is required to place a portable drying rack outside the laundry room. This facility may be utilized by guests until Monday, when regular operations resume.


PARKING

Covered parking reserved for two vehicles under the carport. While there's parking for two vehicles at the open parking bay next to the unit. Additional vehicles need to park at the guest parking bays at each lot. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.


GENERAL

Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.


TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.

REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.

The estate has various activities, including Access to two blue flag beaches, Lagoon, Beach and Sea Viewing Decks, Complimentary 9-hole Pitch & Putt course – Mashie, Table tennis at Leisure Desk and Clubhouse, MBT trail, Jogging, Bicycles For Hire, Fishing Dam - Catch and Release, Tennis and Squash Courts, Children Play Areas, Bowling Green, Paddle Boats and Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Climbing Walls for Children, 2 Swimming pools – Slides and Children’s Water Feature, Bird Viewing Dam and a Communal Braai area at the Beach Gate
