Rose Cottage is an immaculate and stylish ground floor house in Caribbean Estate comprising of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Guests love the privacy of the house and the tasteful decor elements that have gone into the decor.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The master bedroom has an extra-king size bed with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, basin and toilet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds, with each ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and basin.


UNIT LAYOUT

When entering the house one is greeted by the classic look and feel of the open-plan area. It consists of a formal dining table and chairs with comfy couches and a tv. The kitchen is accessed from the dining area to the right, while the living area leads to the verandah at the back of the house. Two bedrooms are to the left side of the house entrance, while the master bedroom is on the right side, with an additional guest toilet in that wing of the house. The outside has a braai area and a dining table with chairs. Strolling through the beautiful gardens to the hill ensures you will have an amazing view of the lagoon and a slight sea view.

Standout features include free wifi, while guests will also love the availability of a washer, dryer and dishwasher. You can relax on those hot and humid summer days as the house has four air conditioners. You can also watch DStv and Neflix, while Showmax is also available.

A small tranquil space has also been created before entering the property… an ideal space to sit and listen to the fountain with a book in the hand, escaping the rate race!

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping is done on a daily basis, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on every third day of your stay.


PARKING

The house has a spacious driveway and a double garage. Please note that the garage will only be available occasionally for your vehicle. Please inquire should this be of utmost importance.


ESTATE

The Villa is situated on prime location on the Estate, close to main swimming area, putt-putt course and children’s play area, phenomenal scenic walkways, only a 5 minute walk to Rennies beach via the Sunset Trail, the Waggon trail to Rennies beach boat launch area, and the river Jetty.


LOADSHEDDING

A power inverter with a battery is another benefit of the property.


REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.

Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.
