CARIBBEAN ESTATE 1139 is a fully equipped villa with loft situated in the Caribbean Estate.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath and shower. Bedroom 2 also has a queen-size bed. All rooms have built in cupboards. Bedroom 3 has two single beds whilst bathroom 2 and 3 have showers only.


UNIT LAYOUT

The kitchen has an oven and hob, toaster, refrigerator, kettle and the necessary cutlery. There is also a kitchen nook. The living area has DStv with selective channels, as well as a dining table. Uncapped WIFI also included.

The braai is located outside where you can relax and enjoy your time under the covered patio.


CAPACITY

The unit is capped at eight persons.


HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping is for the guest's own account and is not included.


PARKING

Parking for two vehicles under the carport next to the property.


ESTATE

Facilities include a swimming pool and kiddies pool. There is also a kids playground in the Estate. We can't guarantee all the facilities will be working or operating during your stay, should the estate decide to implement maintenance or remove certain facilities.


LOADSHEDDING

The home is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.


AREA

Caribbean Estates is fortunate that it's located on the South Coast with tons of stuff to do in the area. However you do not have to leave the Estate to have a great time. It has plenty to do on the Estate, from nature walks, wildlife, fishing, to birding etc. If you tire of nature, you can play tennis, swim in one of 3 pools, watch your kids playing on the jungle gym and swings or you can treat yourself to a luxurious spa treatment at La Vita Spa. Very close to the every popular Wild Waves Waterpark and Wildocast Casino.
