COCONUT GROVE 1136 is a modern three-bedroom unit, tastefully decorated and located within Caribbean Estate, Port Edward.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed as well as an aircon with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath and shower. The bedroom leads out to the patio in front of the house. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an aircon. All rooms have built in cupboards. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed as well as an aircon. Bathroom 2 between these two bedrooms, has a shower only.


UNIT LAYOUT

The open plan area includes the kitchen and living area. The kitchen has an oven and hob, toaster, refrigerator, kettle and the necessary cutlery. There are also a couple of at the kitchen nook. The living area has satellite TV, as well as a cosy little dining table and chairs. The aircon also cools off the living area.

A braaier is located at the kitchen exit door. There is also a spare JOJO tank should there be water interruptions in the area.

Capped at six persons.


HOUSEKEEPING

Does a standard service Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays. Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on every third day of your stay.


PARKING

Parking for two vehicles under the carport next to the property.


ESTATE

Facilities include a swimming pool and kiddies pool. There is also a kids playground in the Estate. We can't guarantee all the facilities will be working or operating during your stay, should the estate decide to implement maintenance or remove certain facilities.


LOADSHEDDING

The home is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.


AREA

Caribbean Estates is fortunate that it's located on the South Coast with tons of stuff to do in the area. However you do not have to leave the Estate to have a great time. It has plenty to do on the Estate, from nature walks, wildlife, fishing, to birding etc. If you tire of nature, you can play tennis, swim in one of 3 pools, watch your kids playing on the jungle gym and swings or you can treat yourself to a luxurious spa treatment at La Vita Spa. Very close to the every popular Wild Waves Waterpark and Wildocast Casino.
