BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Two-story residence located in the picturesque Voëlklip area of Hermanus. It features three tastefully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. The first two bedrooms of the house are furnished with cozy queen size beds, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable single beds. The first bathroom is complete with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The second bathroom features a shower only.


UNIT LAYOUT

The main living area of the home encompasses a well-appointed kitchen with a gas stove. A cozy lounge featuring a smart TV equipped with a variety of streaming apps for endless entertainment. And a welcoming dining room. A fireplace has been thoughtfully provided to keep you warm and toasty during chilly winter evenings, while a washing machine and dishwasher are on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the property is fitted with an aircon and comes with beach towels, and WIFI, all included for your convenience.

PARKING

LOADSHEDDING

The house is equipped with an 8kW inverter and a 15kW battery system, complemented by multiple solar panels, providing a nearly off-grid experience. Power outages should not impact your stay in any way and ensure a hassle free holiday. Also features a gas stove and battery lights.


REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
