detailed description
The house comes with a bungalow and separate cottage. Both available to guests.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, whilst all the other bedrooms consist of single beds.
UNIT LAYOUT
The studio is ideal for older kids or a small separate family. It can also be converted into a small office or work from home space. The bungalow is perfect for a family with younger kids. A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor braai and loungers might make you not want to leave the space.. but if you do, there are bikes and boogie boards for the kids, surf boards if you are brave enough or bring your own and get into the ocean or mountain, both on your doorstep.
The entire house including the studio is for guests. Fire wood is available. There is an outdoor braai area and we supply the braai grid and tongs.
CAPACITY
Capped at eight persons.
HOUSEKEEPING
No housekeeping but additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand.
PARKING
Secure parking on the property.
GENERAL
All grey water gets recycled back into the garden. All bedding is 100% cotton. The mattresses are 100% organic latex (mite and dust resistant). All the hand soap is sourced from Just Pure ( local and wild harvested) and all the detergents are earth friendly. Solid wooden floors, a velt couch and locally sourced ceramics make this house a tactile experience.
LOADSHEDDING
The house is solar powered.
REMEMBER
Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.
TAKE NOTE
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.
